Connie, the owner of Rock, Paper, Scissors (a consigment boutique), discussed with me how much she loves having her store in the Blackport Building (located on Diamond). Along with this consignment boutique in the building is a variety of different stores reflecting the diverse nature of the neighborhood itself. Connie said, "I remember this neighborhood was a little on the eerie side about 10-11 years ago. I love how it's completely transformed itself into this trendy neighborhood where you can spend your entire day!"
